RETAIL PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Reporting to the Retail Pharmacist, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to engage, counsel, provide good customers service.

What you will be doing:

• Follow strictly the pharmacy philosophy of engaging customers with good customer service
• Coordinate with the Retail Pharmacist for advice and proper dispensing of prescription drugs to patients
• Maintain and keep reports requested to track the retail day to day activity
• Manage the daily floating cash assigned: count at beginning of the day and reconcile the cash on day-end against payment collected and cash back given
• Answer timely to Pharmacy phone calls, counsel patients and whenever a drug is requested over the phone, it is adequately booked and prepared for the patient
• Follow instructions provided by the Retail Supervisor and report any event occurred at the pharmacy during his / her shift
• In coordination with the Retail Supervisor, follow and achieve the monthly and yearly Retail objectives
• Perform the stock inventory and investigate stock discrepancies root causes and execute the action plan to reduce variances continuously and to replenish stock accordingly.

What are we looking for?

• SC or HSC holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pa or in a sales retail store pharmacy
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products & Medication
• Customer engagement and Sales Technics
• Computer literate (HIS, Word, Excel)
