About the Role:

As the Service Manager, you will oversee our service department operations, ensuring top-quality maintenance and repair services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department
• Lead, coach, and mentor service technicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and track service KPIs and efficiency metrics
• Oversee parts ordering and inventory control
• Handle budgeting and department forecasting

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive service management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of diagnostics, service systems, and workshop technologies
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with service software and reporting tools
