Seeking proactive female household manager/PA for admin, childcare support, errands, and home coordination. Must be organised and trustworthy
Key Responsibilities:
Household & Personal Administration:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily running of the household
- Liaise with and supervise domestic staff and service providers
- Handle grocery shopping, vet visits, vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and licence renewals
- Organise and oversee home maintenance and repairs
- Manage administrative tasks including filing staff tax returns and handling personal documentation
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and managing ad hoc personal tasks and errands
- Take ownership of one-off projects such as house renovations, event planning, and dinner party preparation
Childcare Support (ages 3, 5, and 7):- School drop-offs and pick-ups as required
- Assist with homework, prepare school bags and items for the week ahead
- Support with children’s routine and school-related needs
- Organise children’s events such as birthday parties
Requirements:- Female candidate (due to childcare-related responsibilities)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proven trustworthiness – must be comfortable handling confidential information and be trusted with access to household finances
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset – able to make independent decisions without micromanagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
