Job Profile

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Technicians / Support Technicians to join our dynamic and growing team!

As a technician, you will play a key role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of our systems, while delivering reliable and efficient technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain electrical and network equipment
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues (e.g., replacing parts, debugging)
• Conduct testing and provide technical reports
• Execute on-site installation and system deployment
• Support engineering team with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Networking
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Basic knowledge of electrical power systems
• Understanding of networking principles
• Familiarity with fibre optic networks; knowledge of splicing and OTDR testing is a strong advantage
• Valid driving license
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
