We are looking for a reliable Accounts Clerk to support our finance team. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks and financial record-keeping for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts on Azurmind

• Verify the stock received with the Procurement Officer and sign the received invoices validating the quantities received.
• Credit Control - Follow up and remind debtors.
• Assist the assistant accountant with purchases - compile needs and seek quotes.

• Reconcile bank statements.

• Maintain accurate accounting files.

Profile

• HSC with accounting background; ACCA Level 1 is an advantage
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Detail-oriented and organised
