Runner

As a Laundry Runner, you’ll be the vital link between our laundry operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll collect soiled items and deliver fresh linen to ensure smooth hotel service across rooms, spa, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect soiled linen and uniforms from guest rooms, housekeeping pantries, and other departments.

• Deliver clean linen, towels, and uniforms to appropriate storage areas or departments.

• Maintain a regular schedule of pick-up and delivery runs to ensure smooth laundry operations.

• Assist laundry attendants with loading/unloading machines when required.

• Ensure all laundry carts are clean, organized, and sanitized.

• Report any damages or losses of laundry items to the Laundry Supervisor.

• Follow health and safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times.

• Support in inventory counting and linen stock management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Form IV or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a hotel or laundry facility is a plus but not required.

• Good physical stamina – ability to lift and carry heavy loads.

• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
