AGREX Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Accounts & Administrative Officer to join its team at Belle Terre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and post details of business transactions (funds received, disbursed, and account totals)
- Monitor sales orders on the company ERP and coordinate with the sales team for timely invoicing
- Issue sales invoices and ensure timely collection from the sales team
- Follow up with debtors and issue Statements of Account
- Process and ensure timely payment of supplier invoices
- Prepare purchase orders, process supplier invoices, and reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare cheques and handle payment processing
- Assist with budget preparation and monthly budget variance reports
- Support the Accountant and Accounts Supervisor with month-end closing and yearly audits
- Maintain and update accurate filing systems, including confidential information
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support in colleagues' absence
- Prepare ad hoc management reports and assist with project-related administrative work including site visits when required
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and Pastel accounting software would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in both English and French
