Key Responsibilities

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all plant operations and ensuring production targets are met with optimal efficiency.
• Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks while promoting continuous improvement.
• Leading repairs and maintenance initiatives to minimise downtime.
• Coordinating with the Engineering Team to ensure timely repairs and optimal machine performance.
• Managing and developing a high-performing workforce by promoting engagement and the company’s values.
• Preparing, monitoring and controlling plant budgets (CAPEX, OPEX), ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
• Implementing cost-saving initiatives and ensuring timely submission of financial reports and variances.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards through regular safety checks, incident tracking and staff awareness.
• Promoting a zero-harm culture by enforcing PPE use and conducting safety meetings in collaboration with HSE team.
• Implementing quality checkpoints across production lines and enforcing corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
• Strong expertise in production planning, maintenance, budget control, quality management, and H&S regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
