We’re looking for a passionate and results-orientedSales & Marketing Managerto lead the commercial strategy of L’Aventure du Sucre.

You will be the driving force behind revenue growth, exceptional guest experiences, and long-term client relationships, positioning our heritage site as a must-visit destination for both locals and international visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth to meet monthly ADS sales objectives
  • Forecast and analyse sales performance using operational data and profitability reports
  • Conduct site visits with prospects: across the museum, restaurant, boutique, and auditorium, to influence and convert leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the ADS portfolio
  • Coordinate with all internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for client contracts, pricing, and product queries
  • Handle and resolve client complaints with professionalism and care
  • Develop pricing structures and discount policies in collaboration with the Finance Manager
  • Train, coach, and guide team members to optimise departmental performance
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to implement improvements
  • Oversee departmental administration and reporting tasks

Core skills & competencies:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • A strong grasp of the tourism and hospitality industry
  • Commercial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Confidence in negotiating and managing high-value client accounts
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English

Qualifications & experience:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in a similar role within the tourism, hospitality, or events sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing cross-functional teams
