💳 CIM Finance Experience Required

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, people-oriented, and detail-driven Credit Coordinator to join our dynamic team! You’ll be the bridge between our Sales Department, CIM Finance, and Rogers Capital, helping clients get approved swiftly and smoothly—while keeping everything compliant and on track.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Act as the main point of contact for CIM Finance & Rogers Capital
🔹 Manage the credit process from A to Z: approval to settlement
🔹 Ensure all credit activities comply with internal policies & external regulations
🔹 Support the Sales team with credit approvals and updates
🔹 Follow up on settlements & ensure all dues are cleared
🔹 Meet customers to resolve any pending issues or queries
🔹 Collect required documents (bank statements, proof of address, etc.)
🔹 Assist clients at the credit counter when needed
🔹 Provide top-notch customer service throughout the credit process
🔹 Prepare regular status reports for internal teams
🔹 Educate clients on credit terms and conditions
🔹 And more—your role is key to client satisfaction and success!

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience at CIM Finance (Consumer Finance) – a must!
✔️ Familiarity with Rogers Capital processes – a big plus!
✔️ Solid understanding of credit approvals and compliance
✔️ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Great communicator with a warm and helpful attitude
✔️ Multitasker who thrives under pressure
✔️ Owns a car – 🚗 Fuel allowance provided!

💸 What’s In It For You?
🔹 Basic Salary: Rs 28,000/month
🔹 Fuel Allowance to support your travels
🔹 Working Hours: 9AM – 5PM
🔹 Saturday work required – with a compensatory day off during the week
