Are you a passionate and experienced Spa Specialist with a flair for wellness and beauty? We're looking for a dedicated professional with 3+ years of experience in the hotel spa industry to join our team. If you thrive in a luxurious spa environment and love creating transformative experiences for clients, this could be your perfect next step.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all treatments and procedures comply with health and safety standards

• Create a welcoming, serene atmosphere for guests in collaboration with the team

• Manage product inventory and assist with ordering supplies

• Promote and upsell spa treatments, skincare products, and beauty services

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients

• Provide personalized consultations, including skin analysis and beauty recommendations

• Perform a variety of massages (face, hands, feet, back) and targeted skin treatments (facials, peels, rejuvenation therapies)

• Build lasting client relationships and handle inquiries or concerns with professionalism

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all tools and equipment

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa environment, preferably in the hotel industry

• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule across Bagatelle and Tribeca locations
