Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding orders, documentation, and queries.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely.
Coordinate with customs clearance agents for import procedures and documentation.
Compile and submit costings and product pricing files for management review.
Maintain accurate records of imports, shipments, and supplier correspondence.
Assist in general office administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
Communicate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparation and submission of government tenders
Support the management team with any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Good understanding of import and customs clearance processes is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
