The Techno-Functional consultant is responsible for the implementation of solutions and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications according to industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
i.Communicate with the key users to understand the business needs
ii.Liaise with clients, evaluating their business processes and anticipating requirements
iii.Redesign working processes and suggest new or enhanced IT systems required to improve efficiency and user/customer satisfaction
iv.Act as a translator between software developers and clients to convey how information technology (IT) can support the organization's needs
v.Prioritize technical and functional requirements
vi.Document Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, reliability, availability, portability & security)
vii.Document Other Requirements such as statutory or regulatory requirements, requirements for operation in customer environment
viii.Write user stories during the Analyse phase using Azure Devops
ix.Perform requirements analysis and translate requirements into System Requirements Specifications (SRS) Document
x.Collaborate with Project Team Members (Developers, Quality Assurers, Scrum Masters, etc)
xi.Participate in user acceptance testing
xii.Run workshops and training sessions
xiii.Work on Agile/Scrum Methodology
xiv.Carry out such acts as shall be required for the proper fulfilling of duties listed under items (i) to (xiii) above.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field;
•5 years’ experience post qualification in a relevant field
•Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative;
•Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
