Creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving brand visibility across web and social platforms
Core Responsibilities :-
•Content Creation & Management : Create engaging written, visual, and video content in English and French for social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertising.
•Social Media Strategy :-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy based on audience and competitor research. To manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and others.
•Community Engagement :- Manage all community communications for our four hotels and spa brand ans respond promptly to inquiries and feedback on social media and review platforms
•Digital Marketing & Advertising :- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, email, retargeting).
•Analytics & Reporting :- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others to measure campaign performance and generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
•Online Communication Strategy: Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Design, Communications) to ensure brand consistency.
•Compliance & Trends: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, hospitality innovations, and global news
•Perform any other related tasks as assigned to support the marketing and communications team
Core Profile :-
•Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in: Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Community Management
•Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•General Knowledge in SEO/SEM, marketing database, display advertising campaigns, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad serving tools, Google Adwords campaigns etc.
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•Outgoing and pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.
•Excellent writing skills (English and French)
