Hairdresser

As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across all aspects of the salon in accordance with KERASTASE and One&Only brand standards, ensuring a five-star experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform styling, arranging, shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, bleaching, dyeing, and tinting of hair to meet client expectations.

• Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with legal and brand regulations.

• Stay updated with technical knowledge through continuous learning and industry publications.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon at all times.

• Keep up with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty.

• Maintain inventory and stock of hair products and tools.

• Ensure timely service for guests with scheduled appointments.

• Deliver excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Be flexible and available to work varied schedules.

• Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients.

• Identify guest needs and personalize their experience.

• Conduct treatments in a calm and professional manner.

• Manage appointment bookings and ensure efficient use of time slots.

• Maintain accurate service records and stock usage for all colour and perm services.

• Sanitize tools and maintain a hygienic work environment after each appointment.

• Upsell treatments and promote retail products.

• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain salon cleanliness.

• Follow strict infection prevention and hygiene protocols.

• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

• Adhere to company standards and procedures.

  Reflect the brand values and uphold the standards of the hair salon.

About You

• A high school certificate or equivalent is required.

• A formal certification in Hairdressing is essential.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international luxury resort is preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

• Knowledge of salon cleanliness and hygiene standards is a must.
