Project Engineer

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for the proper planning, execution and monitoring of electrical and allied services on assigned projects assuring accuracy and quality.

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for the proper planning, execution and monitoring of electrical and allied services on assigned projects assuring accuracy and quality. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
•  Perform quality and timely repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
•  Assist the HOD in achieving the optimal cost, schedule and quality equilibrium on projects.
•  Prepare and issue sub-contractors’ agreement and ensure signature of concerned parties.
•  Work in collaboration with the tendering team for the preparation of tenders and quotations.
•  Participate in the implementation of Corrective/Preventive Action based on Root Cause Analysis.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

 Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

•  A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or at least ten years work experience in an   engineering firm.
•  Minimum 2-3 years of previous working experience in a similar environment.
•  Conversant with Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
•  Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
•  Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
•  Holder of a valid driving license.
