This hybrid role involves direct selling of kitchen appliances to retail customers and also maintaining optimal product presentation and visibility at retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, result-driven, and skilled in both sales and merchandising activities.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate kitchen appliances.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive purchase decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to report to management.
Ensure proper display, labeling, and visibility of products at retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Set up promotional displays, signage, and branding materials as per marketing plans.
Conduct regular store visits to check product presentation, planogram compliance, and shelf hygiene.
Collaborate with store managers and staff to gain optimal shelf space and placement.
A diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home or kitchen appliances.
Experience or understanding of merchandising standards and principles.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
