Accounts clerk

 

Job Purpose

Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Efficiently process and manage supplier invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proactively engage with debtors to ensure timely collection and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Handle the processing of invoices, receipts, and credit notes with precision and care.
  • Send customer statements and address inquiries while diligently following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Provide support in various administrative duties related to Finance
  • Efficiently process and manage supplier invoices
Job Requirements
  • HSC, and ACCA Level 1 or a Diploma in Accounting and Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience as Account Payable or General Accounting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, word)
  • Fluent in french and english
