As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Digital channels, financial products and driving customer growth.
You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, delivering compelling sales pitches, and showcasing the benefits of our mobile app and other digital channels.
Responsibility
- Actively participate in road shows, promotion campaigns, and other activities to raise awareness and generate interest in our mobile app and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the development team and provide them with feedback following customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the lending and payments space.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Utilize customer service tools and systems proficiently to assist and guide customers in navigating Cim's product line.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports detailing customer engagement activities.

Profile
- Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales environment within a bank or non-bank financial institution
- Proficiency in using digital sales and marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Conflict Resolution
- HSC or equivalent.
