AGREX Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Administrative Officer to join its team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management.
- Effectively utilize CRM software for tracking and following up with customers.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, organizing samples, price request and filling of documents.
- Maintain a proper record of price list as and when needed.
- Attend request of potential client by phone and emails as and when needed.
- Attend to indoor customers and demonstrate our portfolio of products.
- Attend to sales related meeting and follow up with administrative tasks that derives from the meeting.
- Assist the sales team in conducting market price surveys.
- Assist the sales team in providing adequate and regular sales reporting.
- Follow up of imports and related administrative tasks.
- Overview sales orders on the company’s ERP and coordinate with the finance and administration team for the issue of the sales invoices subsequently in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper communication with the finance and administration department with respect to price lists, debtors’ management, issue of sales invoices and procurements.
- Ensure regular and proper follow-up of debtors’ balances.
- Provide support and services in case of colleague’s absence.
- Any administrative duties as and when required by management.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Higher School Certificate / Diploma in Sales.
- Knowledge of CRM and SAGE Pastel will constitute an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience.
- Previous experience in sales, imports, customer service, or retail will be an advantage.
- Fully computer literate with ability to learn new software.
- Proficient in English and French, written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and organise workload.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
