Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: The Vale
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To:Β CEO / Group Directors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions across all properties
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group’s growth objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations, engagement, and performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Drive training and development programs to build staff capabilities
  • Partner with department heads to support operational needs and organisational culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and staff welfare
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • HR certification or relevant tertiary qualification is a strong advantage
