Architect with Experience in Structural Engineering and Property Valuation

We are seeking an architect with experience in structural engineering and property valuation to support training and expert research for our German parent company. The role will evolve into leading a new expert department within two years. Long-term interest essential.

About Us:

We are closely connected with our German parent company, which operates in the construction and real estate sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect with experience in structural engineering and property valuation to help train future employees in the field of expert activities. In the first two years, the focus will primarily be on research and evaluation for our German parent company. However, within this period, we plan to establish an independent expert department, and the candidate should have a long-term interest in expert work.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in training and educating future employees in the field of expert activities
• Assess properties and their structural requirements
• Evaluate reports and perform research for our German parent company
• Work closely with the German team to provide high-quality analyses and evaluations
• Contribute to the development of an independent expert department within the next two years

Your Profile:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering and property valuation
• Willingness to act as a trainer and share expertise
• Interest in long-term expert work
• German language skills at B1/B2 level are a plus
