We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Airfreight Trainee to support our growing airfreight operations in our Airfreight department situated at Plaine Magnien.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily airfreight operations and logistics processes
• Support with documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Liaise with clients, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling
• Help monitor cargo movements and provide timely status updates to customers
• Maintain records of shipments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide administrative support to the airfreight department
• Prepare basic reports and assist in analyzing operational efficiency
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in airfreight and logistics operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit are essential
