Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director the Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Manager will be responsible to:
Main duties:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical, plumbing and electrical set-up, maintenance and
repairs.
2. Manage Equipment History and Inventory File.
3. Oversee and manage the M&E Team.
4. Advise Supply Chain Manager on performance of equipment and suppliers.
5. Oversee and manage commissioning of equipment.
6. Prepare and monitor the M&E budget.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant requirements, regulations, standards and specifications.
8. Oversee the conduct of regular inspections as established by the Company.
9. Closely collaborate with the Site Infrastructure Team as and when required.
10. Conduct and oversee safety training relative to mechanical, plumbing and electrical activities.
11. Maintain and update detailed records of mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations.
12. Perform all other cognate duties as instructed by the Reporting Line and/or other Management
Representatives.
Requirements:
• Vocational qualification in relevant field or Degree or MSc in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in mechanical, plumbing and electrical set-up, maintenance and
repairs activities.
