Merchandiser

FLOREAL INTERNATIONAL LTD is currently looking for a dynamic Merchandiser, to join the team

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the critical path to ensure timely follow-up of samples and meet initial delivery dates

• Prepare costings prior to sample dispatch to customers

• Maintain and update the weekly sampling recap

• Generate monthly reports on sampling activities

• Collaborate closely with the design, technical, and sampling teams

What Are We Looking For?

• Educational Background: HSC or Diploma/Degree in Textile, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of fabric and product conformity assessment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Creativity and innovation

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective networking

  • Agile, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
