Workshop Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Workshop supervisor with 5 to 10+ years of expertise in electrical, mechanical, and electronic programming.

The ideal candidate should have strong workshop management skills and be highly proficient in handling workshop equipment and tools, with a hands-on approach to both supervising and actively participating in workshop tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and control workshop tools and equipment.
• Supervise all tasks.
• Actively participate in all tasks alongside the team.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Train and guide workshop staff.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical and electronics programming.
• Strong leadership and organisation skills.
• Electrical and mechanical qualifications
• Willingness to be actively involved in hands-on workshop activities.
