We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Logistics Administrator to support our dynamic operations team based in Grand Baie.

This role is based in Grand Baie, Mauritius and offers the opportunity to work closely with international courier partners in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Strong administrative and data capturing experience

• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks

• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

• Confident communicator, both verbally and via email

• Ability to identify trends and suggest process improvements

• Previous experience working with courier or logistics operations is advantageous

• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Job Description:

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a critical support role in ensuring smooth and timely courier shipments. You’ll build effective working relationships with major courier partners like FedEx and DHL, tracking shipments, resolving delays, and managing any escalations that may arise.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Proactively monitoring and managing courier shipments

• Handling escalations related to delays, lost cargo, or special handling needs

• Capturing and organising shipment data and documentation

• Communicating regularly with courier representatives to chase updates and resolve issues

• Updating Salesforce CRM with shipping feedback, trends, and client-specific requirements

• Supporting the logistics team by alleviating courier-related pressures

• Participating in calls with courier partners and providing detailed follow-up

• Suggesting process improvements based on recurring issues or inefficiencies
