Procurement Supervisor

Fleet Pro Services Ltd is currently on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Supervisor in the automotive field for its operations.

The incubent will be/ have to: 

1. Responsible for ensuring that all procedures, policies, and standards set up by the company are being adhered to for the smooth and efficient running of the service centers administrative activities.
2. Ensure that all external and internal service orders are invoiced and sent to customers at latest 24hrs after completion of repairs.
3. Issue and follow all credit notes.
4. Prepare and issue purchase orders for suppliers and order parts accordingly.
5. Ensure that the mark-up is applied to both labour and parts as per the company policy.
6. Invoice insurance repairs as per approved estimate.
7. Ensure that “excess” is recovered from customers
8. Responsible for the end of month process including job invoicing, WIP control and report accordingly
9. Report and follow up the turnover on a weekly basis.
10. Communicate with subordinates on matters affecting them act as liaison between management and subordinates and feedback information both ways.
11. Motivate subordinates and ensure that the working atmosphere is friendly and pleasant.
