Job Summary: Operates lathe machines to turn and shape mill rolls to required specifications for rebar production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe and other machine tools.

• Measure and check dimensions of turned rolls.

• Maintain surface finish and profile accuracy.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines.

• Maintain records of roll usage and machining parameters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in turning rolls for rolling mills.

• Trade certificate in machining or turning.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision tools.
