Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring the reheating furnace to ensure optimal temperature control for rebar production. Ensures efficient fuel usage and maintains furnace equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the reheating furnace for steel billets.

• Control furnace temperature and combustion levels.

• Maintain logs of fuel usage and furnace performance.

• Coordinate with mill production team for billet feed timing.

• Conduct basic maintenance and report malfunctions.

• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in furnace operations in a steel mill.

• Understanding of combustion control and heat treatment.

• Technical diploma or certification preferred.

• Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
