Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, telephony, and other devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests through ticketing systems, email, or phone.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Set up accounts and profiles for new users, ensuring proper security access.
• Repair or replace equipment as necessary.
• Maintain logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
• Support the roll-out of new applications and upgrades.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Candidates Profile

• Degree holder in IT or a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Technician.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Windows Desktop, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with managing and supporting network systems, storage, firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, and antivirus solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools for proactive issue identification.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly interact with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing technologies and evolving business needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and outside normal working hours when required.
