We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Panarottis and Spur Restaurant.

• 📝 Take Orders Like a Pro – Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams.

• 🍽️ Serve with Style – Deliver meals and drinks with the right timing and presentation, ensuring every detail is just right.

• ❓ Be the Menu Expert – Answer questions, suggest items, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

• 🙂 Keep Guests Happy – Handle concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• 🧼 Keep It Clean – Maintain a tidy dining area, including tables, workstations, and setup/clean-up before and after shifts.

• 💳 Process Payments Smoothly – Use POS systems accurately for billing and payments.

• 🔐 Ensure Safety First – Follow food handling and safety protocols at all times.

• 👥 Work as One – Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.

• 💬 Up-sell with Finesse – Promote daily specials, drinks, and extras to enhance guest experience and boost sales.

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and passion for outstanding service.

• Team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate and Certificate of Character.
