The Sales & Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing support to both our sales and operations departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

 

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales support activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and customer interactions among others.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist the Planning and Operation departments in their daily tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist the sales team to deal with customers queries, and complaints if any.
  • Support the organisation of promotional events, fairs, and activities, and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Look for, meet, and interact with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
  • Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the Job Description where required and within capabilities.

 

Profile:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Sharp time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet any required deadline.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and processes and understanding the company product and brand.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC Holder
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Salary: Rs 16,500 + Transport
