CASHIER

Seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Cash Handling and Transactions:
• Process sales transactions, including cash, debit payments, accurately and efficiently.
• Calculate total payments received during transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer, reconcile cash registers, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Product Knowledge and Merchandising:
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Teamwork and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and team activities to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and teamwork.
