Provide offline support to drivers (issues with Driver app: installation, configuration and first steps, timely issue resolution, full technical support for current and potential drivers, answers to driver questions related to operations)
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct interviews/surveys
• Participate in various company projects
• Report to the hub manager
Qualifications
• Clear, confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle large amounts of information
• Ability to multitask
• High tolerance for stressful situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work in rapidly changing conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and make independent decisions
• A minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
Must know 3 languages: Kreol, English.French
