HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the recruitment Process is effective and respected
- Implement and flow HR policies to ensure best practices of company regulations
- Report on monthly attendance report and treat anomalies with concern stakeholders
- Run HR day to day HR operations in collaboration with the team
- Flow the Training Needs Analysis recommendation and drive people development programs
- Advise on ‘labour law legislation’ and provide support to management and employees
- Contribute in HR projects and events as and when needed
- Prepare PR
Education, Experience and Skills
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Good team spirit attitude
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Conversant with Microsoft Office tools
