Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the recruitment Process is effective and respected
  • Implement and flow HR policies to ensure best practices of company regulations
  • Report on monthly attendance report and treat anomalies with concern stakeholders
  • Run HR day to day HR operations in collaboration with the team
  • Flow the Training Needs Analysis recommendation and drive people development programs
  • Advise on ‘labour law legislation’ and provide support to management and employees
  • Contribute in HR projects and events as and when needed
  • Prepare PR

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Good team spirit attitude
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office tools
