Service Executive – Executive Assistant Manager Rooms

The Executive Assistant Manager Rooms is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to ensure the efficient, effective and profitable operation of all departments that come under the supervision of the Hotel’s Rooms Division.

 

As Service Executive – Executive Assistant Manager Rooms, we rely on you to:

  • Prepare monthly forecast of revenues, expenses and GOP for Room Division.
  • Prepare Operating Budget, Capex and Business Plan.
  • Review financial result and develop plans to boost revenue.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with financial guidelines across all cash transaction points to ensure integrity and audit compliance.
  • Develop and implement guest recognition program.
  • Ensure that there are proper service standards in all areas of Rooms Division.
  • Engage and interact with guests so as to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
  • Engage with associates and ensure they always have a channel of communication and are motivated in delivering guest experiences.
  • Negotiate relevant contracts at the best price and maximum benefits for the Hotel.
  • Any other cognate duties as per your field of expertise.

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Diploma in hotel/hospitality management or any equivalent qualification.
  • Front Office Managerial experience in international hotel is desirable.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills in English and French. A third language will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills & Financial acumen.
