GA MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
To assist with the marketing coordination of client’s products on activation activities in store.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Marketing Support
• Assist with the daily marketing activities
• Liaise with marketing agencies to ensure timely execution
• Conduct artwork vetting and rework, where required
• Coordinate requests from various stakeholders for marketing support/queries
• Track and monitor competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of research projects, market & trend analysis
• Support the coordination, production and distribution of any marketing materials internally or externally
• Set-up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and activities
• General Administration, Data Management and Reporting
• Update and maintain the marketing documentation and databases
• Ensure proper filing, document management and good housekeeping
• Update and monitor marketing calendar
• Conduct retail visits to collect field information and market feedback
• Ensure follow up with finance team regarding execution order and payment requests
• Conduct ROI analysis for marketing spent
• Compile general reports and reports on competitors marketing activities
