Looking for a reliable finance resource who will be able to work autonomously with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Management Company experience and commercial experience working with either PE or Asset Management companies or non PE/Asset Management would be preferred.
1) Preparation of management accounts and ensuring the accounts are prepared accurately and timely for reporting to management
2) Responsible for other general accounting and administration matters (such as payments, investors correspondences, etc)
3) Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements and reports for dissemination to investors
4) Liaise with auditors on year end audit and responsible for the drafting of financial statements
5) Coordinate with tax agents on taxation matters including quarterly and yearly tax filing
6) Liaise with administrators, company secretaries, bankers and other service providers on finance, accounting and administration matters
