The United Basalt Products Limited is seeking to recruit a Sales & Contracting Supervisor for its Contracting Department.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales & Contracting Supervisor will be responsible for: 

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
Identifying new business opportunities and promote the company's products and contracting services.
Preparing quotations, proposals, and provide technical recommendations.
Conducting site visits and oversee installation activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
Supervising site labor, subcontractors, equipment usage, and material management.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining site records and submit regular progress reports.

Candidate Profile

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, construction, contracting, or site supervision
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities
Valid driving licence
Computer literate (MS Office)
