Job Description
1. Competitor Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and
market research to identify trends, strategies, and areas of opportunity.
- Prepare and present a comprehensive monthly
competitor analysis report, offering actionable insights to improve
digital positioning and campaign performance.
2. Social Media Strategy & Content Development
- Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and
management of engaging, platform-specific content across all social media
channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned
with marketing campaigns, brand voice, and seasonal objectives.
3. Campaign Ideation, Execution & Optimization
- Assist in planning and launching digital
campaigns including paid ads, organic promotions, giveaways, and
influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and adjust campaign performance in real
time using analytics tools to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
4. Community Management & Brand Interaction
- Engage with followers and target audiences on
all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely
and professional manner.
- Proactively manage brand reputation and
encourage user-generated content, reviews, and engagement.
5. Website Content Management
- Ensure that the company website is consistently
updated with new product arrivals, promotional content, blog posts, and
relevant SEO-optimized material.
- Coordinate with the design and e-commerce teams
to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with the latest
marketing campaigns.
6. Email Marketing & CRM
- Design, write, and distribute targeted email
marketing campaigns to segmented lists using email platforms.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics,
making data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update the contact database to
ensure CRM accuracy and lead nurturing effectiveness.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track and report the performance of digital
marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights,
and other reporting dashboards.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to analyze
KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates,
and ROI.
8. SEO & Keyword Research
- Conduct keyword research to guide content
creation and improve organic search visibility.
- Support technical and on-page SEO efforts,
including meta tags, alt text, page structure, and internal linking.
9. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital
marketing tools, algorithms, trends, and competitor tactics.
- Proactively suggest new tools, formats, or
platforms to improve brand visibility, campaign performance, and customer
engagement.
10. Cross-functional Support & Collaboration
- Liaise with sales, design, and product teams to
ensure cohesive messaging across digital channels.
- Support marketing events, activations, or
in-store promotions by creating supporting digital content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing,
Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar
digital marketing or communications role
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop,
Illustrator)
- Excellent content creation and copywriting
skills with attention to detail and consistency
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
