Les Brûleries de la Fournaise is one of Mauritius' leading coffee roasters and the company behind Dodo Café and Café La Fournaise. We supply premium coffee, coffee machines and beverage solutions to hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and businesses across Mauritius.

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Coffee Equipment Technician to join our Technical Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain coffee machines and related equipment at customer premises.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on coffee machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Respond to customer service calls and technical support requests.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets company quality standards.
• Conduct machine cleaning, calibration and performance checks.
• Assist with equipment setup during customer installations and events.
• Maintain accurate service reports and technical records.
• Support the sales and customer service teams when technical expertise is required.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits.

Profile

• Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or related field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance, technical support or field service is preferred.
• Experience with coffee machines, beverage equipment or foodservice equipment would be a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage field interventions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving licence required.
