We are hiring!

Batimex Limited is looking for a proactive and resourceful Client Services & Administrative Assistant (YEP) to perform hands-on role that combines office-based administration with field-based client support. The ideal candidate should be someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is equally comfortable preparing a quotation at their desk as they are delivering samples to a client on site.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Quotations

·        Prepare and send quotations to clients accurately and on time.

·        Follow up with clients by phone on quotations sent.

·        Assist the sales team with tenders and client proposals.

·        Manage and update the CRM system with all orders, quotations, and client interactions.

 

Payments & Collections

·        Chase outstanding payments from clients in a professional manner.

·        Collect cheques from clients and ensure safe handover to the finance team.

 

Deliveries & Client Support

·        Deliver samples, documents, and tender submissions to professional clients.

·        Represent Batimex professionally during all client visits and deliveries.

 

Showroom & General Support

·        Assist in keeping the showroom and architect spaces clean, organised, and presentable.

·        Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and client requests.

·        Handle general administrative duties as directed by management.

 

  Candidate Profile

·        Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.

·        Valid Mauritian driving license — mandatory.

·        Good communication skills in English and French.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook.
