Role Description

The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and deliver enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs), solution designs, and comprehensive technical proposals.
• Lead or support Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and customer engagement activities.
• Implement, configure, test, and commission solutions while ensuring complete technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-sales technical support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives, solution positioning, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical knowledge sharing, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CCNP certification or an equivalent professional networking certification.
• Minimum five (5) years' of experience in enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with leading technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, and/or Palo Alto Networks.
• Proven experience across pre-sales consulting, solution implementation, and post-sales support.
• Valid driving licence
