Job Description

Position Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of workstations and digital tools:

  • User Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (on-site or remote), diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Configure, deploy, and update IT equipment (workstations, peripherals), as well as business applications and operating systems.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, manage hardware allocation and movements, and ensure full traceability.
  • Network and Telephony Support: Assist in the configuration of network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, cabling, routers) and provide first-level support for IP telephony systems.
  • IT Security: Apply security policies, raise user awareness of cybersecurity best practices, and perform data backup and restoration operations.
  • Development and Projects: Participate in web design and deployment projects (websites and APIs), maintain and enhance existing applications, and contribute to migration and virtualization projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create technical procedures and user guides while ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of support tickets.

Profile: IT professional with a specialization in Web Technologies (minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role). A strong understanding of web development best practices and software development is expected. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an individual who is motivated to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing organization. You possess excellent analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written).

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 administration, including SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Systems: Windows, Linux, Docker.
  • Programming Languages: PHP (OOP), JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Framework: Symfony v4+.
  • Databases: SQL (MySQL & Oracle).
  • Proven troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
