RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues on desktops and laptops.
• Perform repairs and replacement of faulty components such as motherboards, RAM, SSDs/HDDs, power supplies, screens, keyboards, batteries, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Perform malware removal, virus cleaning, and security remediation.
• Conduct system upgrades, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance.
• Recover data from damaged or malfunctioning systems whenever possible.
• Test and validate repaired equipment before returning it to customers.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Provide technical assistance to customers via telephone, email, remote support, and on-site visits.
• Explain technical issues and repair recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on repair progress and resolution.
• Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and cloud-based services.
• Assist in ICT projects, deployments, and customer migrations.
• Attend training courses and obtain technical certifications where required.
