Our client is looking for a Delivery Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organise daily deliveries based on customer orders received from the Sales and Administration departments.

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.

• Deliver products to customers across Mauritius in a timely manner.

• Hand over delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documents to customers.

  Ensure that all delivery notes and related documents are properly signed by customers upon delivery.

• Collect payments, including cash and cheques, ensuring proper handling and reporting.

• Maintain good customer relations during deliveries and client visits.

• Assist at the reception desk by answering telephone calls and attending to customers when required.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organising newly arrived goods.

• Visit customers as and when required.

• Purchase and collect office supplies, equipment, and other materials when requested.

• Deliver and collect parcels and documents related to company matters.

• Carry out minor office and building maintenance and repair tasks.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

• Holder of a valid driving licence with a good driving record; a goods vehicle licence is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivery services.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of roads and locations across Mauritius.

• Honest and trustworthy, particularly when handling cash, cheques, and company property.

• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading goods.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Responsible, punctual, and well-organised.

• Basic maintenance and handyman skills would be an advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
