Job Description

DUTIES:
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies to achieve sales target on a monthly basis.
  • Schedule sales routing & activity.
  • Develop and maintain customer database.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Identify and attract potential customers. 
  • Develop and make sales presentation to current and potential clients.
  • Develop sales proposals.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and customer concerns.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activity, market conditions and product development.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development 
  • Experience and knowledge of sales dynamics in the FMCG sector will be a huge advantage
  • Financial Acumen - Knowledge of price margins
  • Excellent negotiation & consultative sales skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Driving license and own means of transport is mandatory
