Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Calebasses as we embark on innovative projects in the Engineering & Electronics sector. We are seeking a dedicated Technical Team Leader who is passionate about driving technological advancements and fostering a collaborative work environment.

As a Technical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your team through complex projects, ensuring that each member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading and coordinating a talented team of technicians and helpers on active project sites
  • Plan and schedule daily on site activities in alignment with project timelines.
  • Oversee installation of access control, cctv, gate automation, pedestrian gates, parking systems, wireless locks and related systems
  • Ensure all works are executed to technical specifications, quality standards and safety protocols
  • Act as main point of contact between the site team and the project engineer/manager
  • Conduct on site quality checks, snag resolution and pre-handover inspections
  • Mentor and develop junior technicians and helpers
  • Manage tools, materials and equipment on site responsibly
  • Report daily progress, issues and material requirements to management
  • Carry out surveys for new installation
  • Assist the Operation Team for Technician Works Planning

What we are looking for :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in electronic security, electrical or automation installations
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a technical team.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, cctv, networking and/or gate automation systems
  • Strong leadership ,communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manage site logistics
  • Calm under pressure with solutions first attitude
  • Valid driving license
