Your responsibilities within our Tribe

Management

  • Manage the Recruitment team by oversee day to day task of the team, delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Ensures that guidelines & soft skills are being respected within the department and report any non-adherence to the Human Resource Director

Recruitment

  • Ensure that the recruitment objectives are being met
  • Supervise all talent requirements for the company and prioritize work load with the recruitment team
  • Set up and update a KPIs system report and analyse all metrics
  • Plan, update and sustain the employee referral program
  • Participate in various job fairs, establish efficient network of all talent and maintain a good working relationship with recruitment agencies
  • Maintain and develop further ongoing relationships with various schools
  • Maintain all job descriptions and maintain quality for same
  • Manage all internal mobility opportunities between departments
  • Assist the HR Director in designing various potential employee retention initiatives
  • Contribute and help in the design of the employer branding activities with the Communications Manager

Onboarding

  • Ensure the successful integration of employees through a proper induction process
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for the company
  • Draft employment contracts
  • Draft, issue or update policies as and when required

 


Your distinctive profile
  • Graduate (minimum Bac+3), with at least 3 years of experience as an HR
  • Significant experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
